              If you have the WPS covering the below thickness you can use..

Can we use GTAW only for complete welding joint in following  cases.
 
1- Pipe,  API 5L Gr B, 3" dia, Wall Thickness 10 mm
 
2- Pipe,  316-L (Urea Grade) , 3" dia, Wall Thickness 10 mm
