good day.
what is the purpose of using a dual certified material.
Example - Plate used for vessel fabrication as per ASME SEC VIII DIV1 is dual certified as SA 516 GR 60 and SA 516GR70.
What will be the tensile strength of this plate and impact properties. whether these properties will be as per SA516 GR 60 OR sa 516 GR. 70.
