"Multiple WPS and Combination of WPS" - both are correct as per
Section IX.

"More than one WPS having different essential, supplementary
essential, or nonessential variables may be used in a single
production joint. Each WPS may include one or a combination of
processes, filler metals, or other variables (QW200.4)" => This is
exactly under the heading of "Combination of Procedures" in ASME
Section IX. Hence both the terminalogies are correct.

Straight reply to your Manoj's query is "Yes, it is possible" provided
the thickness limit shall satisfy your new procedure; as Bathula
rightly said, you can make a new WPS with existing two PQR's as
supporting PQRs.
