[MW:5928] AISI 4130 to API 5L x52 welding

Dear Friends,
 
For the welding of material specs AISI 4130 to API 5L X52 and thk is 20 mm.
 
The available consumables are
1. ESAB OK 55.00 E7018-1  for stick welding
2. ESAB OK 75.75  E10018-D2 for STICK WELDING
3. ESAB OK15.13 E71-T1 for semiautomatic welding
 
Could yo please advise what procedure can be applied?
