[MW:0] opening a branch connection in seam/spiral weld -Reg

Dear Friends,
 
Good After Noon to All.
 
I have one doubt in ASME B31.4.
 
As per ASME B31.4,is there any restriction for opening a branch connection in seam/spiral  weld of header pipe ?
 
Please clarify.
