Dear all,
can any one explain storage tank bottom plate thermal distoration due to welding as per API 650 how we get the tolernce of expect peaking, banding,plumpness,and other.only bottom plate waveness tolerence not shown extally.

yes,by using ER 90S-B9(GTAW)&E9018-B9 (SMAW) or E 9015-B9
the joint should be heat treated acc .to ASME B31.3
