Dear Shadab,
 
The tube sheet thickness shall be same as job thickness except it does not required more than 50 mm.
 
In your case you can make a test coupon with 50 mm thick+Weld overlay 10mm.
 
There are many essentila variables. Refer QW-193, QW-288. in ASME Sec IX.
