Re: [MW:5371] PQR as per API 1104

Dear Tamer,
 
It is always prudent to go for RT before Destructive testing.  The Destructive testing is very costly.  Incase of any defects and it the defective part may be in tensile, nick break or bend specimen.  Your test will fail.  So irrespective standard you may please go for RT.
