E 7018 G  properties will be one manufctuerer to another manufacturer as  G stands for custome made specification to suit purchaser requirement.

As per ASME Sec II part C, E7018 electrode impact test up to minus 30 degrees C. You can use E7018-1 for  minus 46 degree C.
