I would like to know if there is any process by heat treatment whereby
dual grade API 5L X52/X56 pipe to be upgraded to API 5l X65 pipe. How's
propably the process be? Are others chemical elements to be added on on
ratio basis?
On the other hand, is the pipe grade upgrading method acceptable by codes
/ standards/ Industries?
Please advice.
