Hi Shiraz,
You are talking about Non alloy structural steel st 52.3 German grade. This grade was under EN 10025 -93 edition. As per my knowledge 2004 edition is current edition for EN 10025-2 and in which for st 52.3U( old grade) converted to S355J0 ( Impact at 0 deg.C) and for st 52.3N ( old grade) converted to S355J2(Impact at -20 deg.C)
Here S denotes structural steel and 355 denotes its yield strength.
I have inspected this material in plate form at various steel plants.
