You can accept it. Though there is no requirement for copper that is allowed provided all the other required elements are within the SA403 WP316L and your specified limits. Other suppliers will simply not include those elements not required by your specification and they satisfy the spec.

Hi.

Anybody please advise me on the below,

we have an 12" End Cap (SA403 WP316L)for an ASME job. But in test certificate there is an additional element content (Cu (0,370))is present in the chemical Analysis. please advice me that we can accept this item or not.
