[MW:4353] RE: 4347] RT quality FCAW joint

What wall thickness?  What are you allowed to weld under your WPS(s)?  Which process are you using for the open root? Or are you using backing or GTSM?  Joint configuration (included angle)?  Be sure to have a clean weldment (no paint, rust, cutting fluid residue or slag).  Shielding gas composition?
