[MW:4290] IMPACT TEST IN LOWER TEMPERATURE

hi all

i have a pwps that the grade of base metal is S355K2G3Z35.now contractor want to test this pwps in -40.

the description of pwps:1-root pass 3.2 dia 7016-1(WITH IMPORTANT ELEMENTS: C=.04,MN=1.10,NI=.02,NB=.01,V=.01,CU=.01)

OTHER passes deposited with 7018-1(WITH IMPORTANT ELEMENTS:C=.08,MN=1.42,NI=.02,NB=.01,V=.01,CU=.05)with different dia:3.2,4,5

does any body have recommendation to get enough toughness(36 kj) in this temp?
