[MW:4182] PWHT for Repair Work

Dear All,
 
I would like to know whether there is any requirement of post weld heat treatment for minor to medium repairs carried out on EN20 /AISI 4130 kind of materials.
 
Does any specification specify the requirements of post weld heat treatment (EN20/AISI 4130 forged material) for minor, medium or heavy repairs which actually just involves weld build up varying from  depth of 2mm to 8mm max.?
