we have a situation......the plant contain a 1" - 2" -4" 6"hot oil piping network to keep hot the bitumen piping system......
so.....the contractor propose to substitute the hydrotest with pneumatic test ......
we know that the pneumatic test is not allowed ........
but i do not know ...where is write ......about ...what code ...standard....
if anyone can help me
