First of all you must specify the relevant code and standard. For example based on AWS D1.1, if the classification of electrodes were same, you could implement the qualified welders of each one for the other.

We have one WPS with E6010 root and E6013 sebsequent passes.We have to qualify some welders using E6013 electrode for both root and other passes. Can anybody advise me that whether we can use the above WPS for that welder qualification?
