Dear Brothers!

Project: CrossCountry Pipeline- API 5L GR X60 Dia 8"x6.4mm & API 5L GR
X42 Dia 4"x6.4mm both are PSL 2
Design Pressure 72 bar and Temperature underground 60 degree Celsius
Client: GAIL (India) Limited

Issues:
1. GAIL Required Hot Induction "6D Bends"  But their approved Vendors
are not giving response because of less quantity or they are not
having the facility for this type of Bend.

2. We can not go for Cold Bend because the wall thickness of outer
curvature may reduce to unacceptable level

3. Only 7.1mm wall thickness is available for the specified 8" pipe.
As per ANSI B16.9 the maximum tolerance for Thickness reduction is
12.5% of the WT of Pipe, which is coming around 6.3 mm

kindly suggest the alternatives or the techniques which can give the
Quality or Fit-for-Service Bends
