Since purging option is ruled out due to space constraint. that is the reason for switching to flux cored wire

Hi,

I have tried in the past for mock up using Kobelco and Metrode GTAW Flux Cored wires. At site it depends upon accessbility of weld joint and welder skill .

If possible , purge the joint with argon / nitrogen and weld with GTAW flux cored wire .

Alagu
