In India, large fabricators have to comply to Indian factories safety norms. Wearing of safety helmets (hard hats) and safety shoes is compulsory where there is an overhead crane and material movement.It is for the safety of the employee only and a part of Integrated Management System (IMS)requirement.
In our organisation all employees in Mfg. and fabrication shops have to wear safety helmets,shoes and eye protection goggles.
