The Material group is P1.
As per B31.3 the assembly of orifice flange & pipe required PWHT. Whether we can weld these trappings on the orifice flange after the flange & pipe joint assembly has been stress relieved.

Generally these trappings does not require PWHT on carbon steel, even
when welded on a PWHT'ed line. refer para 331.1.3 for governing
thickness.
