Hi
We even faced similar problem as yours with similar grade and brand of electrodes last year.
The only solution we could find is redry the electrodes at 350 degrees C for 2 hours and weld with great care,proper technique,parameters and cleanliness.
Trust you have good storage conditions for the electrodes..
