Usually MT is recommended for fillet welds; but if you need to be ensured by evidences, several RT shots could be helpful!

UT ; It requires an experienced operator and lot of simulation, but no, it can not be done reliably. Vertical crack very very difficult. TOFD can size it but will not not detect readily.
X-Ray: How will you position the film? If at all you do, what you will get is a projection. You need to work out from there.
