May I know what is the base componenet & under what service condition it was used ?
What garde of Co base material it is If can let me know composition probably I may be able to suggest you the suitable process to re-claimit

Hi!

Welding of this type of material (Used in machine tool ) is very critical and require to be welded by Eutectic type electrode. With proper preheating and technique. (Generally it is of Ni base) . You can approach L& T eutectic or MAGNA (Austrelian Co) they have the range of electrodes or Tig wire

1st material:-

Si.
Mn.
S.
P.
0.50%
0.25%
0.70%
0.05%
0.05%

2nd material :-C=0.355,Si=0.6645,Mn=1.7084,P=.0209,S=0.0326,Cr=0.2083,Ni=0.0333, Mo=0.0314,

Cu=0.0226,Al=0.0182,Ti=0.0177,V=0.0935,Nb=0.0103

Please suggest which I can use if it is not suitable.
