[MW:2132] Re: Spattering in Arc Welding

Dear Nimesh

Are u welding with same Brand, dia., current, powersource at both sites ??
Is the welder maintaining same arc gap ?
Higher spatter is only due to higher amperage, long arc gap, etc..
