Dear Ali asgari,
 
You can try the same by wounding the cable on magnetised pipe and weld on anothe plate with 5 mm electrode with maximum possible current. You may have burn 15 to 20 electode to remove the magnetism.

hi
i encounter to a problem  in fabrication a frame from X52N,during specially in overhead and vertical positions(in one T joint) the arc doesn't melt the bevels.
i think this is for arc blow,because in different locations weldings are be done ,suppose to earth cable turned around one pipe but the problem existed yet.
how can i solve this problem?
