[MW:1913] Tolerance of fabrication

I am Anser Shahzad, can any body tell me that how can i achieve tolerance of 0.5mm in welding of MS material angle iron? I have to make a fabrication frame for mounting solar dish panel on the frame. Fabrication requires overall fabrication tolerances of 0.5mm. The overall size of the frame is about 5m diameter which includes 16 segment of angle iron subassemblies. sketch is attached.
What welding equipment and consuambles are required to complete the job?

Please give suggestions.
