[MW:1790] difference Between SA 542 and T/P24

Dear group,

can any body explain the difference between material SA 542 and T/P 24 

Though, both have all most same chemical composition but application is different. they are used in heavy thickness pressure vessel and boiler and steam tubing respectively. so plz let me know what is a difference between them metallurgically, and can we replace one by another among these two.?
