Dear Ahmed,
 
P5 : Preheat 200 deg.C, PWHT : applicable for all thickness. Temp. as per B31.3 Table for Heat treatment
 
P11: Preheat 200-250 DegC, followed by preheat maintainence after completion of joint at 300 deg for 30 min. PWHT : as per B31.3 Table for heat treatment
 
P22: same requirement as above for P11. welding consumable will be different for all grades.

can any one help how to do preheat and post weld heat treatment. if possible i will be glad if any one share a premade WPS and PQR to use as guide
