[MW:1683] Re :[MW:1681] Welding Setup

Dear Anser Shahzad,

Range of equipments are there in market. There are coventiional diode base machines, fully thyristorise machines and inverter machines. With inverte machine you save lot on power though initial cost may be slightly higher.

Kindly let me know the place where you want to setup the plant then may be can help with details.

Dear All,

We want to establish a small scale welding set up in our facility. Our product are customized products like Automotives, Customized machines, tanks, frames etc, not strictly require ASME Codes. Therefore please suggest for general Setup suggestions for establishing setup from scratch to operational one. We want to setup for Electric Arc Welding and TIG Welding. Please give as much details as required e.g.

What is the welding equipment range and brands.
What type of welder is required for all general purpose welding. How its capabilities can be checked.
What types of consuambles are requires. Also mention their sources.
How much is initial cast of equipment and consuambles?
Where can i find basic information regarding setup establishment?
Which points shoulb be considered for basic setup?

Thanks & Regards
Anser Shahzad
