[MW:1564] API 1104> Qualification of Repair Procedure

Dear All,
In our our Pipeline Project in Kazakhstan, As we have problem in
procuring Welding consumables from one manufacturer we had to qualify
to Welding procedures 20" Mainline welding.

The first procedure is with E 6010 root and balance pases with E 8018G
(all downhill) we have also seprate repair procedure with only change
being E 6010 with uphill process.

Also we have qualified another procedure with E 6010 for root and Hot
pass (Down hill) and E 7016 uphill for balance passes.

Please advice if we need to qualify another repair procedure for our
second procedure or we can use the first repair procedure for all
repairs.

Regards

S Babu
