[MW:1392] CVN Impact exemption on PQR as per UCS 67 (a) (2)

MDMT -46 °C

MOC: SA333 Gr6, SA 350 LF2, cl1, both are exempted from CVN impact as per UCS 66(g)

Consumables used are ER80SNi-1, and E7018 G as per SFA5.5 (both are tested at -60 °C with satisfactory values as per mfr data sheet)

However PQR impact testing required unless consumable are classified by impact tests at least at -46 °C by the applicable SFA as per UCS 67 (a) (2).

In this case E 7018-G (ETC PH 76S of Oerlikon) as per SFA 5.5 does not satisfy this rule.

In my opinion CVN impacts are required on PQR. Members please share your opinion/interpretation.
